Ahead of its official launch in India on August 31st, the iQOO Z7 Pro has disclosed its camera specifications, raising expectations for enhanced photography experiences. The iQOO Z7 Pro, renowned for its focus on performance and multitasking, is anticipated to be competitively priced under Rs 30,000, positioning it against strong contenders like the Motorola Edge 40, Google Pixel 6a, and Realme 11 Pro Plus.

Standing out for its photography capabilities, the iQOO Z7 Pro showcases a 64-megapixel camera bolstered by Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), ensuring sharper and steadier photos. Complementing the primary camera is a 2-megapixel bokeh lens, contributing to artistic background blurring effects. On the front, the device features a 16-megapixel selfie camera embedded within a discreet hole-punch cutout.
In the run-up to its launch, iQOO has also offered a glimpse of the phone’s sleek design, characterized by its curved screen. The iQOO Z7 Pro boasts a striking white-blue gradient color option alongside a classic black variant. The phone’s display employs AMOLED technology, a staple among smartphones in this price range. The device’s frame boasts a polished metal finish, although it lacks a headphone jack.
Insights from industry sources, including India Today Tech, have provided further details about the iQOO Z7 Pro. Under the hood, the phone is powered by a MediaTek SoC, accompanied by a robust 4,600mAh battery. This battery supports rapid 66W charging, enabling a full charge in less than an hour. Notably, iQOO includes the charging brick within the package. Additional features encompass 5G connectivity, Funtouch OS based on Android 13, as well as generous memory configurations of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
As anticipated, the iQOO Z7 Pro is projected to be priced around Rs 25,000, while the higher-tier model may command approximately Rs 30,000. Meanwhile, the standard iQOO Z7s variant is already available in India, retailing at Rs 17,999 for the 128GB storage and 6GB RAM variant. The 8GB RAM model is priced at Rs 18,999.
In addition to iQOO’s imminent release, other prominent Android manufacturers are preparing to introduce their latest offerings. Among them is Honor, a Chinese smartphone brand, poised for a comeback with local partners. The impending Honor 90 is rumored to feature an impressive 200-megapixel camera alongside a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, 12GB of RAM, a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging, 5G capabilities, and a 6.60-inch Full-HD+ display. The device is also anticipated to run on a custom interface based on Android 13.
